New Leader L2020G4

Introducing the New Leader L-2020G4.  New Leader has a long history of setting the standard in custom application equipment.  The standard has been raised with the introduction of the L-2020G4.  The G4 design allows the professional custom applicator to cover more acres per day than any other dry material spreader on the market.

Effective Conveyor System

• Swinging inverted "V" reduces conveyor load when spreading lime and promotes an improved blend when spreading fertilizer.

• The three-ply straight belt conveyor rides on a stainless steel bottom for smooth conveying of fertilizer or lime.

Patent-Pending Variable Rate Broadcaster

• New dished spinner design broadcasts material farther, wider, and more consistently.

• Design includes predetermined settings for fertilizer, urea, lime, and wet lime to simplify spread pattern testing and daily application.

Other Features & Benefits

• Application rates range from 50 pounds of fertilizer per acre to four tons of lime per acre.

• The L2020G4 is fully welded with all seams sealed prior to being primed and painted with a plural-component urethane paint to help combat corrosion.

• Painted carbon steel (shown) , painted 409 stainless steel, and unpainted 304 stainless steel construction is available for varying corrosion-resistant options.

• New Leader will also custom build in other lengths, widths, and/or heights.

• Can be setup to spread variable rate utilizing the latest in controllers, computers, and GPS equipment.
