Hi-Way SA-9 Tailgate Spreader

Standard Features:

• Heavy-duty 7-gauge cover/back plate and trough with 1/4" carbon steel endplates.

• Unique latching mechanism allows one-person operation of the 7-gauge carbon steel hinged bottom panel.

• 9" diameter auger with 5/8" thick bi-directional helicoid flighting welded to heavy-duty 2-1/2" pipe.

• 18" polyurethane spinner disc with 6 formed fins protects hydraulic motor from material impact and provides a superior spread pattern.  The spinner assembly can be easily adjusted to vary spread pattern and features one-person removal and installation.

• Heavy-duty material chute diverts material to the right-hand side of the unit for berming applications and to the left-hand side for centerline windrowing.  The removal and mounting of the chute occurs without the use of tools.

• Direct drive hydraulic motor eliminates chain and sprocket or gear case maintenance.

Optional Equipment:

• 5:1 worm gear drive (not recommended for berming applications.)

• 304 stainless steel options in lieu of standard carbon steel.
