Standard Features

• A heavy-duty 10-gauge hopper with 7-gauge conveyor bottom and sills.  Unpainted 304 and painted 409 stainless steel units are made of a 12-gauge hopper and stakes with 10-gauge conveyor bottom panel and sills.

• A 30" wide pintle chain conveyor system with 3/8" x 1-1/2" crossbars for spreading deicing materials.  The conveyor is driven by a 6:1 reduction spur gear drive with a 98% efficient hi-torque/low-speed hydraulic motor.

• A fully enclosed hydraulic drive spinner with two internal deflectors, a 24" diameter spinner disc including six bolt-on hardened fins and a four-section baffle to control material application.

As a Dump/Spreader The E3020 Includes The Following:

• A swinging rear endgate that adjusts for controlled material flow and high-speed no-hoist dumping.

• A hi-torque/hi-speed conveyor selector valve, in-cab control valve with independent control of conveyor and spinner, built-in relief valve, and 20-gallon reservoir with filter and indicator with all hoses and fittings.
